Ingredients:
Truffles
Smoked bacon
Oil
Salt
Aluminium foil
Directions:
- Peel the truffles.
- Salt a little bit the truffles.
- Cover the full peeled truffles with smoked bacon.
- Put some oil on the aluminium foil.
- Roll the truffles with the aluminium foil in order to make a papilotte.
- Bake at 200°C for 5mn.
Serve it all year as appetizers. Beautiful!
