Recipe of truffle en papillote

Ingredients: 

Truffles 
Smoked bacon 
Oil
Salt
Aluminium foil 

Directions:

  • Peel the truffles.
  • Salt a little bit the truffles.
  • Cover the full peeled truffles with smoked bacon.
  • Put some oil on the aluminium foil.
  • Roll the truffles with the aluminium foil in order to make a papilotte.
  • Bake at 200°C for 5mn.

Serve it all year as appetizers. Beautiful!
